Good to know

  • Register within 30 days of starting a business. If you take on staff, you must register within 14 days of taking them on.
  • For help, call ZIMRA's contact centre on toll-free Call 585, or Call 08010271 from a NetOne line. You can also email Email contactcentre@zimra.co.zw or WhatsApp WhatsApp +263 717 585 585.
  • Some older guides mention e-filing or other ZIMRA web addresses. Use the self-service portal above instead.

Watch out

Criminals pretend to be ZIMRA officers, run fake "audits" and demand money. Real officers carry ZIMRA identification and never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you're not sure, check with ZIMRA on Call +263 712 840 066.
