Buy electricity and report a power cut
ZETDC supplies electricity. Buy prepaid tokens from ZETDC or its vendors. Report faults to the ZETDC contact centre, which is open 24 hours.

Steps
- Buy prepaid tokens at a ZETDC office or from a vendor that sells for ZETDC.
- If you've lost a token or need a key-change token, use ZETDC's self-service portal. You can also pay bills and track applications there.
- To report a fault or a power cut, call the contact centre on Call 704, Call 0242 704 040 or Call 0868 800 3485, or WhatsApp
WhatsApp +263 715 519 387. It is open 24 hours. - Write down the reference number they give you, in case you need to follow up.

Watch out
People pretending to be ZETDC staff have collected cash for repairs. ZETDC says demanding money is against its policy. Report anyone who asks you to pay them directly.
